New Order Confirmations emails Stopped

wocommerce was working very fine..

1) When customers place orders.. they receive email notification 2) Same as, when customer place new orders we also receive email notifications about new order placed.

This email notification stopped now. I checked everything but could not find any solution. I contacted Godaddy support team. They said that your email is triggered as spam. But problem could not solve.

This email also used as a Admin in wocommerce website. I thought might be this reason of stopped email notification.

Then I tried to change the Admin email in WordPress dashboard. When I added new email, our website send email confirmation to add new new email. But we could not receive confirmation email. I tried many times and use different emails but I could not receive confirmation email.

And contact us form is working fine. When new visitor fill form and send message through contact us form it is working very well.

Can you please fix this issue so that we could receive emails notifications of new orders.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

it was working very fine.. suddenly stopped emails. (And i cannnot switch for testing, website is live customer are visiting websites how can i take another risk?)

Sorry, but this issue seems to be not related to our theme. But as we know, it may depend on a few factors: problem with your server configuration or plugins conflict. But if you already talked to your hosting support and they told that emails just go to spam, maybe they are filtered by your mailbox only.

Godaddy suppor team said, eamils are working fine.

Sorry, but we don’t know why it doesn’t work for you since it is not a theme function. Try to contact WooCommerce support for help if you think that the problem caused by the plugin.

My emails stopped as well!

also I don’t have time to just shut my entire site down so that I can solve the problem.
my store front is closed and we are only operating online and this is our source of all sales now.
