Hello,
I want to block the Auto popup on my website and want to show the popup only on Click, How I can block the auto pop up.
Like I want if some one click on Newsletter button the popup will appear

You need to disable the popup in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Promo popup.
Then you need to create HTML block: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/
Add a popup element, configure and insert the content you need.
Then add this HTML block to the Header Builder: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#header_builder or anywhere on your site. If you need to add two popups on one and the same page, create different ones with a different ID.
