You need to create a menu in Appearance > Menu, then add the appropriate class to the menu item as described here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/

Then you add the menu into the Header builder: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/adding-menu-site/

You need to enable and configure the popup in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Promo popup.

Please try to disable the cache plugins. Make sure that you edit and show the same slider on the page.
