Newsletter Whitespace

Recently our newsletter pop-up has added white space. Is this because of an update? Do we just need to enlarge the picture?

I have checked the setting there and was unable to fix the issue. Did the size change with an update? Do I need to resize my image? Please help resolve issues.

Also, I am unable to view any of your screen shot links. I get a site can’t reach error message.

1. Upload the recent version of the theme from Themeforest account.

2. Upload the plugin archive from theme/inc/plugins via Plugin > Add new > Upload
