NMI Gateway Incompatible

Hello guys we are using NMI Payment gateway from the Pledge Plugins team (https://pledgedplugins.com/products/nmi-payment-gateway-woocommerce/) and it looks like there is some incompatibility with it but I can’t find any doc about it. We already reached out to their team but what’s weird its that we didn’t have any issues before migrating to this theme so we are assuming its a theme issue.

Are you aware of any known issue regarding this?

This is happening to different clients from different countries and on different devices.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
