No changes are made on the product page

I am trying to make changes to the product page from the theme settings and they are not happening.

I have added to show widgest on the side and they don’t come up. I put the option with the smaller image and the text appears more extended and also does not change.

It is as if any change I make on that page does not apply.

You are using Custom Single Product layout https://prnt.sc/Q1GtMRXqm0Ff You should edit it directly to change the layout.
