UserlearnParticipantUsing accessory demo. Everything is set in settings. I do not want to give admin access. Print screens of settings in private area. Can you help why I do not see checkbox “Different billing address”?

UserlearnParticipantIn storefront theme I see the checkbox. Does it have something to do with Layout of checkout? If so how I can add checkbox in Accessory layout demo?

UserlearnParticipantPlease read all my messages carefully again with private area also. I enabled it and I send you even print screens so I cannot imagine why you wrote this. Please just do not reply in next message like you always reply “please give access to admin panel or please check with WordPress theme” as I wrote in my messages answers to that as well. It would be great if you could respect your customers time and read what they are writing to you. I have all option enabled in woocommerce settings as I wrote and if I change the theme to storefront it shows the checkbox to ship to different address. I have installed Accessories demo in two shops and both do not have the checkbox. This is maybe because of the layout settings? Please check it as on fresh install I have same issue with the checkbox so this is something to do with the Accessories demo I think as all options are set good when I check with normal theme like Storefront. I do not want to give admin access so please try to give a solution if possible. Thanks in advance for understanding. I really love the theme but it would be great if you could make your support more customer friendly. Thank you.

UserlearnParticipantAttached is when I switch to storefront theme. The checkbox is there, it just does not apear on accessories demo as my settings as mentioned are good. It looks like something with the accesssories demo is wrong. I think this could be css related issue and it is on every installed store so for sure you should replicate this with your accessories demo as well.
I would appreciate fast solution. Thank you.

UserlearnParticipantHello Just to let you know checkbox is missing only on in the newest accessory demo checkout layout. When I switch to any other layout I see the checkbox. This is for sure something wrong with new layout. Will you fix this soon?

The checkout page as well as the Shipping and Billing address are the functionality of Woocommerce and WoodMart does not influence that.
Please make sure you have configured Payment assuming billing and shipping address.
Woocommerce does not provide two billing addresses in the checkout. You can configure the Billing address by default and the option to add a different shipping addresses.

This is really not helpful. I explained you everything clearly and you reply like you would not read what I said. When I add accessories layout checkout, ship to different address checkbox is missing, when I switch this layout to any other checkout layout from your theme layouts, the checkbox ship to different address is there. Could you please escalate this problem to someone who will read all the message carefully and could reply to that issue as your answers are not helpful and you are not reading what I wrote. Everything is set up correctly and this is not working correctly ONLY on this checkout layout ON EVERY OTHER LAYOUT FROM YOUR THEME IT WORKS SO SETUP IS CORRECT. Show me on print screen the checbox ship to different address on your accessory demo checkout. I will be waiting for a reply from your team staff this time. Please try to respect my time. I bought 2 your themes and want to buy another 3 but that kind of support is unaceptable.

I am terribly sorry, you are disappointed with the support.
By default, it is configured in Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping. If your checkout is configured in Woocommerce layout, you need to add appropriate widgets: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/checkout-page-builder/
If you check the screens you provided, they are not workable. And you refuse to provide admin access to check the settings and provide precise instructions.
If you do not want to provide the access to your live site, you can clone the site and move it to the staging platform.

UserlearnParticipantYou do not know your theme and you are not competent to offer support. I give you all the details and you provide wrong solution as you do not understand how your theme works. If you would understand it, you would know that this is the layout issue and you would find solution if 5 seconds if you would understand how layouts in your theme works. The solution you provide is not accurate as I told you all the details and settings are correct as I told you this few times and provided you more than enough details in printscreens. You wasted too much of my time. I hope your supervisors will not let you to offer support as your support is not good. I found a solution as now I know how your theme works. Just two of Woodmart checkout layouts are not complete and this is why the error occurs and this is issue with the layout not the settings. If you would try to recreate the issue you would find it out but you did not wanted to as it is easier for you to write everything you copied and pasted above. I would appreciate if you could never again reply to my theme questions. Thank you in advance.
