no email receive to customer when account create. why?

when someone registers to account then email need to send both sides one to that person and 2nd to the admin. can you please let me know why it’s not working? i’m not using mailchimp, but i have mailster and moosend integrated.

This is Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not influence that. The reason may be either incorrect settings on the site or on the server.
