No Low Stock and Out of Stock Label Swatch

Hi,
As attached image:
1-2: Are the low stock and out of stock label on the swatch not included in the theme?
3: Out of stock notice only appear after trying to add to cart, I don’t want to hide it because some product will be available again in the future. Any way to make it ‘grayed’ or ‘crossed’?
4: No notice when stock is not enough, only can’t make it to the cart.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
