No Media Showing on my Home Page

I cannot figure out why there are no media images showing on my home page. Everything disappeared.

Please check how it works on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. If you see the same of the default theme, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

I have tried everything and I still have nothing showing up.
I am going to request a refund if I can not get this running quickly.

The only media showing is in the slider.

Now I see what you mean. You have uploaded the demo and have images on the slider only. Installing demo content doesn’t create a site that is an identical copy of our demo site because it has a big number of images on our site.

Most images you see on our site are not included in our theme package and will not be imported. An image placeholder is provided instead.

When you upload the demo you have the mirror exact structure of the demo on your site and all you need is to upload your own images and add the text. Your theme works correctly.
