No saved methods found, although there is one saved.

    Greetings.

    When under My Account & adding a payment method to file, it shows that it’s added & it is, also shows on profile and send via token to Moneris, but it also keeps displaying “No saved methods found.” although the card is on the list and active.

    Any thoughts?

    This functionality does not relate to our theme. As I understand you mean the plugin for Woocommerce. Please contact the plugin support.

    Hi, I did contact woo commerce support and they advised for me to try the twenty twenty theme on a staged installation. When I switch themes, the issue goes away. So, it’s not a plugin issue.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, and provide the site admin access to the private area

    I have activated all the payment methods and when I chose them I do not get the message you mention. Please provide me data for testing order and step by step description of how I can reproduce the problem.
