    Hello we are not getting any (automatic) update from Woodmart + it’s external plugins.

    My guess is that our server has too high security/firewall for that.

    Any suggest about that?

    Until we fix that, is it safe to manually update your theme on production website? Better to ask.

    Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hello,

    It is safe, but at the same time, we always recommend making a full backup of your site before every update.

    We cannot suggest anything as for the server settings as we cannot influence that.
