    Hello,

I have set a footer based on your layouts on my shop.
On Ipad – landscape mode the footer columns are messed up.
Can you please take a look?

If the connection doesn’t work please state from where you are so i can unblock you.

    Thank you,

    Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.

I have inspected your website and almost all the CSS is coming from cache.

And CDN is also enabled on your website.

Please disable server caching and leave it disabled until the website is in the development process.

Then Go to wp-content and find the cache folder and delete it.

Then also find the cache folder under wp-content/uploads if it’s there then delete.

Deactivate all the cache plugins after clearing cache.

Check the website by clearing browser cache and cookies.

If the problem continues then Share website and Cpanel Login into in a private content area to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards.

How can i disable server caching?
The problem was there even before we installed Wp Rocket.
I don’t have CDN on my store – Wp Rocket settings are empty.
And as i mentioned in my first post you have site credentials in private just state from where you are so i can unblock you.

    Hello,

For flushing and then disabling the server cache you have to contact your hosting provider, your hosting provider is the one who can do it for you.

    And I am from Pakistan.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

I did everything you said and it’s still the same (probably the problem in html block – where footer is built?)
Also server cache is disabled till the development is done.

Cache is not the problem – like i said this problem existed before Wp Rocket was installed.
You have my site credentials in private from before – i also unblocked your country.

I also noticed menu problem in the same window size – picture in private.

Your footer is created with a WPBakery page builder and HTML block called Footer - Humko. You need to edit this HTML block on your dashboard and remove the offset for that column. Check this short video https://gyazo.com/3664abe773eccc82fdec97d06bd0e2fc
