    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Best Regards

Theme is not getting updated manually or even through auto update through WordPress.

    Hello,

I checked you site on WP Bakery page builder, now I see you have enabled Elementor. WoodMart works with either WP Bakery builder or Elementro builder at once, but not with both at the same time. It is not possible to convert an existing site that is built on WP bakery page builder into Elementor. In order to have a site basing on the Elementor builder, it is necessary to replicate the site from scratch on a new WordPress installation with the Elementor plugin.

Switch to the WP Bakery builder and check.

Sure. You can deactivate the plugins to solve this issue. Please don’t delete it.

    Hello,

I have deactivated all the plugins not related to the theme: https://prnt.sc/us3t9w

I have added a template successfully: https://gyazo.com/9ba4cca02c024899c0aeb502f5fe5828 you can see this template in 360 degree page.

Now I activate the plugins as they were not to keep the site without them.

Deactivate ALL plugins. Then go to Appearance > Install plugins and activate all, so your would get this set https://prnt.sc/us3t9w

Then activate your plugins one by one checking the template library to detect which one causes the problem.

    Best Regards
