Not able to import pages

I imported the complete theme and plugins but I deleted after some time, but now I am trying to import the base demo its not working. can you please help

There is no option to restore all the pages, provided you have deleted them from the trash. If you have not, navigate to trash, mark all and restore in bulk.

What is the solution then, as I can not delete my store as there are so many products I have created.

If you need two-three pages I will provide the code and instructions, specify which ones you need. if you want all, install and download the full demo on a staging site and import the pages by importing tool.

You will need to go to Tools > Import/Export https://gyazo.com/608914f734876be4360f461cad32bf74 Just follow the steps you will see it is simple and clear.

You will need to install this plugin as well https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-importer/
