Not able to make menu bar sticky

Hi, We previewed Prebuilt website MEGAMARKET and found that the top menu bar is sticky. But when I imported the website, top menu bar was not sticky. So I turned on “Make it Sticky” under header settings. But still couldn’t make it work. Please help.

Another issue, when I previewed Prebuilt website MEGAMARKET, the search functionality was working fine. But when I imported the website, search functionality stopped working.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have further checked this concern and found out that the Plugin “SiteGround Optimizer” was causing the conflict on your Site in this regard.

When we deactivated that, the Sticky Header as well as the Search was working fine.

So, it is a third party Plugin conflict not a Theme end issue.

Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.

Thanks for fixing the issue. However, the menu is sticky only up-to a certain area of homepage, and disappears when we go further down the page.

We want the sticky menu to stay all over the page. Like how it works on this demo page https://woodmart.xtemos.com/megamarket/

Actually, the Sticky Header is hiding when it is scrolled down. This option is enabled on your Site for the Sticky Header: https://ibb.co/4WkHkny

We have now disabled the option and now the Sticky Header works like you want on your Site.
