Not able to open the site in GT Metrix

Out site, https://shop.ramadbk.com/ is not able to open in the GT Metrix ” https://gtmetrix.com/ “. Also, it is showing Unhealthy in our Cloudflare account. please check what is the issue related to the plugins or any other thing in the Theme. Please check the screenshot

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

This is not our first theme purchase or website we have made in WordPress.
Please check below websites which are opening in GT Meterix and having good scores there:

Only the issue is coming with your theme website: https://shop.ramadbk.com/
that is not opening in GT Metrix and showing unhealthy in the cloudflare account.
