not able to update

Hi

My developer installed woodmart theme and child theme. i bought my license and updated it in development server. however I am not able to update the theme. what should I do?

Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

If the issue remains, make the full backup of your site and update via FTP

i already did this..its not working. i want to update the theme to the latest version

hi it worked finally, i was able to update to latest. do I need to update the child theme separately? or is it enough if I just update the woodmart theme?
