Not receieving email when customer buys into my website

Normally when there is a customer buys into my website the admin will be notified as well as the customer, however it is not happening

Help me please
im pretty sure all of my woocommerce email configuration is correct

Could you please check how it works with default WordPress theme? Does it happen with our theme only?
