Not showing one type of shipping in cart

    Hello,

    after two hours of communication with plugin support which that type shipping is, we know that it is caused by theme. We tried another themes where it is showing correctly. We turned off all plugins but nothing happend.

    Shipping is “Zásielkovňa”. In cart it is not showing, but in checkout yes. When you go back, it is showing also in cart. Problem happens only with variable product, single products are OK. It seems that there is no some type of refresh or something of shipping types in cart.

    Can you help me with that please?

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Yes, it appears sometimes. Probably, after visiting the checkout page. And that is how it works with our theme as well. But when you first time visit the cart page, this method doesn’t either with our theme or with the default one.

    I tried it many times with default theme and that option was still there. As tried an author of that plugin and had the same result.

    OK, so there is no solution?

    I am sending a screenshot with one option – debug mode in shipping settings. When it is checked, everything show correctly. Can it be checked in normal mode of page or it has an affect on something?
