Not working Mobile bottom navbar

My mobile navbar doesn’t work, I can’t see this.

Before moving website was ok but now is not visible.

I checked on the few phones and not working. I cleared caches and still same.
On the elementor I see it’s ok but on the phones not.

Below you can see, I tried Chrome, Opera, Safari

You have defined the maintenance mode and at the same time an appropriate page isn’t configured to be as maintenance, that is why you have such an issue.

Disable the “maintenance” option in Theme Settings and recheck the issue.
