Nowhere to let my customer to register the account

I have enabled that user must login before checkout, but my guest click checkout, there are no where to let him register the account, https://prnt.sc/WTdJYHatm-rA, is it normal?
even I click login, https://prnt.sc/fWWaB3s2ASDq should have a register button beside the login?
