You are using a Custom Single Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Navigate to Layouts > Layout to edit Archive product layouts and you can disable Product count option https://ibb.co/FHWYYh9

Hello. Thanks for your answer. I know how to disable the inclusion of the quantity of goods in a category. And how to do this, it was not the number of products that was displayed, but the number of variations of all products in the category. That is, for example, there may be 1 product, but it has 9 variations – 3 colors and 3 memory capacities. How can I display the quantity of 9 variations and not 1 product?
