Off-canvas sidebar appears empty

Hello,

kindly please assist me with this mind-boggling issue I’m currently facing.
If you visit https://aegeanfresko.gr/products on a desktop you’ll see the sidebar in all its glory. However, the off-canvas sidebar on mobiles/tablets appears to be blank. I’ve skimmed through every possible theme option available, but for the life of me, I couldn’t troubleshoot this. Any assistance would be dearly appreciated, thanks.

I have visited the URL you provided. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme.

Then Navigate to WoorMart >> CSS Generator >> Generate CSS.

Clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Thank you Aizaz. Followed your instructions to the letter but then the filters disappeared altogether. So, I rolled back the changes and I’d really appreciate your kind intervention.

I have found that you have added small custom CSS code in the Global Custom CSS section which is creating the issue for you on mobile: http://prnt.sc/rtx0j8

Please delete or add this CSS in the CSS for desktop only section and remove it from the Global section then your issue will be solved.
