Off canvas sidebar not working especially on mobile

I set the Off Canva sidebar on “on” on mobile mode but it doesn’t work.
Could you please help me to understand why?
I attache the screenshot for the setting of the Off canvas sidebar.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated,and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I deactivated all the plugins as you said and change to the parent theme but I still don’t have the Off canvas button and nor the filter for the searching of the products (filter by attribute, category, price) in the desktop version are ok but in mobile and tablet version there aren’t.
So in this way our customer can’t search our products on mobiles.
I share with you the staging site info access.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Actually, with some of the Demos there are certain Custom Layouts enabled for the Single Product and Archive pages which is why your made changes under the Theme Settings aren’t taking effect on that.
The Layouts can be found under the Dashboard > Layouts. For the time being, we have disabled the Product Archive layout too on your Site and the off canvas sidebar in mobile is working fine.
