Only 10 theme elements in editor

Hello,
in my theme I only have 10 theme items available in the WPBakery editor.
Elementor plugin is disabled.
What should I do to have all theme elements available?

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please make sure you have installed all the plugins in the Appearance > Install plugins. You can use one builder only at the same time.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
if the problem remains, even after the plugins, please provide your site admin access to the private area.
