I use 2 languages on my site, Turkish and English. Default language is Turkish. When English is selected in the language dropdown, you will often get “Oops, looks like the page is lost.” error is thrown.

The error is not thrown only in the English base url but also thrown in child urls. When you switch between pages when English is selected, you will often encounter similar errors very easily.

    I request your urgent help.

    Hello,

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    Best Regards

I bought this woodmart because you said you integrate seamlessly with WPML and Woocommerce. I would appreciate it if you could connect to the site and find the cause of the problem. You can’t step aside by constantly saying it’s not from us. I use a lot of paid plugins, you are the only one running away from everything. Please connect to the site and identify the cause of the problem.

    Hello,

Yes, that is right. Woocommerce is fully compatible with WPML. At the same time, the issue occurs do not relate to the theme. This is the issue of incorrect WPML configuration. Please make sure you have created the translations, synchronized menus.

Please contact WPML support to be sure you have translated everything correctly.

In addition, please save Permalinks in the Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards
