On the first click, all scripts start loading. Because of this, there is a delay.

It’s because that plugin is “delayed” and loads a lot of scripts after clicking on the menu. Try to exclude that plugin from the “delay” via the settings of WP Rocket.
As for the recapcha, you need to use a 3rd party plugin for that purpose.
