Optimize blog page

Problem 1:
I created a blog page on my website. When I publish any post, it shows “posted by (author name)”, but I want it to show “written by (author name)” instead. I have already created an author profile. How can I fix this?

Problem 2:
When I click on the blog page, I see all the posts correctly. However, above every blog post, it shows the category as “uncategorized”. I tried to edit the post but cannot find other categories to change it to. How can I fix this?

01. Try to use the Loco Translate plugin to change the text:

02. The reason you’re seeing “Uncategorized” above each blog post is likely because:

No other categories have been created yet, or the posts haven’t been assigned to a different category.

Go to your WordPress Dashboard → Posts → Categories > Add new categories and assign it to the correct category.

Already i crate a blog post , now if i crate a category page “blog” now this same url same topics. now what can i do?

1. posted by replace written by for every blog post
2. hide category name form every blog post , now when i click blog page , i see every blog post with uncategorzed .

I have removed the uncategorized category from your site. Go to Settings > Writing
Click the “Default Post Category” drop-down and change it from Uncategorized to the blog category.

To change the posted by title, try to use the Loco Translate plugin to change the text:

Your issue has been solved. I have changed the Posted By words into Written by from Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the English language translation >> find the words and change it: https://ibb.co/BHjQ2GvZ

Please check your site now after removing the browser cache.

Yes, this website is built using the WoodMart theme, and I’m also using Elementor Pro.

I tried setting up a Table of Contents (TOC) on single blog posts, but it doesn’t work properly—it just keeps loading and never displays. I’ve temporarily removed the TOC from all blog posts because of this issue.

You can check the issue by doing the following:

Go to any single blog post.

Click “Edit with Elementor”.

On the left panel, search for “Table of Contents” (Elementor widget).

Add it to the page and you’ll see it just keeps loading.

I’ve provided wp-admin access in the private content section and also sent this issue image. Please help identify and fix this issue, and if possible, set up a working Table of Contents.
