Hello, i have already variable products, nearly every product in this store is a var. product. But my question is about variable products where i can choose between options. For example a Pizza with Cheese AND Spinach. The variable products i have only can choose Cheese OR Spinach

You need to create a separate attribute with cheese and spinach and assign it to the product. You will do it in Woocommerce our theme does not have the option to configure the variable products.
