agensio.solutionsParticipantHello, I am encountering a strange issue with the Order complete page and process:
– I am using custom layouts based on one of the demo imports (Pills demo)
– On order complete, the steps from Cart -> Checkout -> Order complete still stay at Checkout
– The page is not displaying a complete order template
– I am not using any custom content for the thank you pagePlease check the issue, you can place test orders.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi agensio.solutions,
Thanks for reaching to us.
You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

agensio.solutionsParticipantI did it but it’s not solving the issue.
Can you tell me how can I create and assign a new thank you page which will work normally with woodmart?
The actual thank you page /felicitari-comanda-finalizata had some other code from a previous Elementor theme and I think this is the issue.
I basically need the default thank you page.May 30, 2025 at 12:07 pm #664181

agensio.solutionsParticipantHello again,
It’s working partially because I have tried to add the checkout element on this page.Check the attached screenshot so you can understand what’s wrong with the actual checkout page.
That’s why I am requesting you guys to replace this checkout page because I feel something is wrong with the functionality, the WordPress system is not detecting it properly as a checkout page: steps are not working completely, sections are not hiding.
On a freshly installed demo, the checkout page works as I desire, but I don’t know how and what to replace in my situation.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi agensio.solutions,
Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.
Kind Regards,
Hung PDJune 2, 2025 at 1:30 pm #664664
agensio.solutionsParticipantYes, you can deactivate plugins, but I have already did this and the result is the same.
I even tried to create and assign a new thank-you-type page but still no changes, so it’s gotta be something from woocommerce code or theme.June 3, 2025 at 9:20 am #664932
agensio.solutionsParticipantFor a better reference of my expected result, here is screenshot of a default woodmart theme order complete page.
Steps are working correctly, the styling is present. All of those on the default order complete page which comes with the theme.Attachments:

agensio.solutionsParticipantIt seems to be working now, thanks! Please let me know what have you modified.
I see the final URL /checkout/order-received/12256/?key=wc_order_vNK3Ix82PLiJ0 in English, it was not like that beforeJune 3, 2025 at 1:32 pm #665045
Hung PhamKeymasterHi agensio.solutions,
I inserted
[woocommerce_checkout]
shortcode into Checkout page and it worked again.Kind Regards,

agensio.solutionsParticipantYou also deactivated Elementor Pro, which was the issue.
After hours of testing, I have concluded that it was about a little setting from Elementor Pro.I found the solution in this topic
https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/problem-with-rederict-to-thank-you-page-afte-purchase/To anyone who may encounter this issue, here you can fix it:
Elementor > Site settings > Woocommerce and there you can assign or remove pages
This overrides the WooCommerce pages assignmentsJune 4, 2025 at 6:23 pm #665402
Hung PhamKeymasterHi agensio.solutions,
