Order Confirmation Page Blank

The confirmation page appears blank with any payment method.

Could you help me with this? Please.

I have disabled all plugins and only use those required by the theme, but the problem persists.

I tried making a purchase from another theme and it worked; the page displays correctly.

Navigate to Theme Setting > Shop > Thank you page -> make sure the Default “Thank you page” content option is enabled:https://ibb.co/gWXxW4T

Additionally, you need to make sure that the checkout page is not modified with Elementor, it shouldn’t state Elementor there).

If the issue remains, share the WP login details so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

Currently, the checkout page cannot be fully edited with Elementor, as it relies on WooCommerce’s default structure and shortcodes to process orders correctly. If you edit the checkout page directly with Elementor, it may cause issues with the order confirmation (thank you) page or break some checkout functionalities.

If you’d like to customize the checkout design, we recommend using Woodmart’s built-in custom layouts. Navigate to Layouts and create a layout for the checkout page.
