Order of mobile navigation menus

I’m wondering if it’s possible to change the order of the submenus under mobile navigation. For example, when I’m on the mobile version of my site and I click the Menu button, by default it shows the Top Nav (Main Menu) first, but I would like Categories to be the first thing people see. Is this possible?
