Order tracking form (Elementor)

Hello,

I found this page who tell that we can use a form to track orders of customers.

But i don’t have this widget on Elementor.
Can you explain how it works please ?

The tracking order is a Woocommerce widget or shortcode that you add to the content. Elementor does not seem to have this widget, you can add a shortcode widget on the page and then insert the [woocommerce_order_tracking] shortcode.

And this “Order tracking” form does not track anything we agree?
It’s just to get the tracking number, but no tracking link?

The [woocommerce_order_tracking] shortcode allows customers to enter their order number and email to check the status of their order within WooCommerce. However, it does not provide a direct tracking link to external courier services.

If you need to integrate real-time shipment tracking with tracking links, you may need to use a third-party plugin for this.
