Our website starts loading slow ..and Waiting (TTFB) it takes a lot of time

(TTFB) it takes a lot of time and i test site with (TwentyTwenty)theme and the site works good with no load…if you can help me or give me way to improve our site speed .

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
