Padding adjust inside coloumn of WPBakery Page Builder

Hi there,

I have been trying to adjust the padding inside a text block that I placed using the WPbakery page builder. However I the paddings will not adjust.

Please assist with possible css code or solution to fix the padding top and bottom height.

The text in the blue banner above the slider “Free shipping..” The padding top & bottom should be decreased by about -10px.

I tried -10px in the css box but doesnt seem to be working for me. Any help would be appreciated. Please see below screenshot and link to website
