Page anchors with sliding

Hi there, I’ve added links in my page that jump to sections where I have anchor points. Is there a way to make these slide along (like the return to top of page arrow) Is there a style I need to add?

Please navigate to Appearance > Menu > find your main menu > enter each menu item and enable one-page anchor http://prntscr.com/jt6zkg

Thanks Elise, can you only do it with the main menu’s? This is how I have it set up on my page https://cgshortcuts.com/resources/ the 6 quicklinks in the black bar jump to various places on the page, is there no way of adding this effect? The 6 links are just buttons but I want to keep them formatted like that and not like the page menus. I was hoping I could just add a class or some code to them?

The slider options is available for the menu only. For other links, customization will be required.
