Page appear like on tablet, even I’m on laptop.

I have some issues with the theme. The biggest now is that on this page; https://itakeit.ro/shop/ ; in many cases the layout is changed, I believe the page is not loaded full, and below is a message about “Critical error on the website”

This is not happen always. Mainly when I try to apply some product filters (try on the #Outlet Category).

Additional to this, the filters in the sidebar are very strange. For example, I have in the shop the filter called: PENTRU. Is like a “gender”. My products have this attribute associated. But the filter returns nothing. I don’t know how to proceed here 🙁

Sorry for the inconvenience, can you please once make sure that you are using the updated WoodMart Theme version (i.e. 7.0.3) and WoodMart Core plugin version (i.e. 1.0.35).

Secondly, please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site along with that also provide us the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.
