Page heading background Color

I have changed the heading color to #41a5dd. I clear the cache, the blue flashes and then goes back to the screen shot below..
I am working in the C panel, will give you log in if you need.

As I understand this is a category page. So, find the shop page, enter its editing mode and remove images and colors there http://prntscr.com/jv6z51

Then your theme settings will come into force and will be applied in shop and category pages.
