    Hello

    1) I have been looking at my site speed on GT Metrix and there is an entry that looks like it is slowing the load by 1.04s. Its the url in red wood-o-background with the domain dummy.xtemos.com https://prnt.sc/qak8is

How can I resolve this? I am not sure where this is or what it is

    2) Also the product images are loading the 600×600 size and resizing them to 289×289 that is adding to the load time. https://prnt.sc/qakh13

These are the images for the category product pages

I have remade all my product images to 289×289 and uploaded them to the same Uploads folder via FTP. How do I get to load the 289×289 images as it is still loading the 600×600 image and resizing

    Regards

    Hello

    1) Kindly check your media files from Media >> Library. Search for that image and delete it. I have found it on my test site you can check in the below screenshot: https://jmp.sh/YgorO80

    2) You can change the image scale from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images >> Thumbnail width. You can use “289” size and then check back your site results.

    Best Regards.

    Hello

Thank you, the images are now loading the 289 versions.

For the url in red wood-o-background with the domain dummy.xtemos.com, the image is not on my site. Something is trying to source the image I think. The full link my site is trying to load is: https://dummy.xtemos.com/woodmart/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/wood-o-background.svg?id=215

How can I remove this? or change the url maybe? I am not sure where is it but have found that it is in a table called ‘ctsc_options’

    Regards

    Most Welcome,

If that image did not exist in your site. Then it did not have to be shown there in the result of GTmetrix.

It might exist in your cache. If you are using any cache plugin then flush the cache. Also I noticed that you containing the CDN(sucuri), kindly flush your server cache as well, I suggest you to disable those cache tools while your site is under construction.

    Best Regards.
