    Hello, this is the 5th woodmart licence that i´ve install, for the first time im having a problem that none of the pages display, everything works great on the back end, but if i want to visit the site, it never finishes loading.

    First time it happens..

    Thank you for being our regular client and our theme choice.

    Please check configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly.

    If you set custom permalinks try to get back to the default. In case none is workable, please provide your site admin access.

    Hello Team, I have installed and reinstalled multiple times, there is a big issue after the demo import, its simply not working. If you deactivate the WP Bakery Plug in, you´ll be able to see the header and footer, but theme wont work after the demo import.

    Your site is HTTPS and the same should be there.

    I have proceeded to change the URI and installed a SSL, and the page is still not working. I believe is something to do with the plugins.

    Could you please verify?

    Hello Elise and the team, this is taking too much time, can you please confirm if you have verified that is not a https issue, and if where able to log in? As I said, your team and products are amazing, but this is the 5th theme licence, so i´ve done this many times, and this is something that never happened before.

    I have found another of your customers in the forum that have the same exact issue.

    Please let me know what are you doing about this.

    Hello Guys, I have installed again with a fresh WP and the same problem… Everything goes right until you import the demo content, and it goes wrong.

    To the Xtemos team, this took too much time to resolve, and I believe there is a bigger issue with compatibility of the New Core and the Required Plugins.

    I will cancel the use of this theme for this project, and apply the license to a future project once you make an update of the core.

    Hello,

    We do apologize for the problem occur.

    You need to install the demo on the net WordPress installation, if you install the theme on the existing site, export the content in a separate file, install WoodMart, upload the demo, configure the site, delete the demo you do not need, and upload your content to already configured site.

    Now I am checking the site and I see “Error establishing a database connection”
