Page speed

Hi,

Our site has been slow since the theme was first installed. While buying the theme, we preferred you because of the goodness of optimization. However, we cannot reach the points you mentioned (we accelerated it with cache programs and some settings, but the CPU is constantly around 99% even when a one person is connected). How can you help us with this?
