Pages all missing

Dear Sir,
Pls help ASAP……I don’t no why my website ifancy.jewelry all pages missing. already missing and missing so many many times, why your theme and system so many problem, really make us crazy.

We delete all the content for a least 3 times to re-built our website because the system unstable. Sometime our pages become all codes, sometimes product missing, right now the pages missing. what happening pls let us know.

pls reply and fix my website.

1) 1st donwload: woodmart very often become only codes, every fews day will occur codes again, all our design and pages can not see through front page.
pls reply this, it’s because your theme need to update very frequent caused? it’s reasonable for customer need to wait so many days then can see the webpage? if we launch our website will still become codes in every few days then how to sell our products?

so we buy and download another new theme try to change, but it’s come out bugs and conflict between them. cannot use new theme very smoothly. And we ask lots of time for help from wordpress and Xtemos can not help us to solving problems, we very sad and need to delete all content what we already down to clean for re-download.

2) 2nd time we download woodmart because we have all design for your woodmart format, we like to try again, hope the new download can be work. Even we don’t know why caused all codes and bugs, hope everything clean and re-star will be ok.

But after re-download woodmart still happened our pages become all codes and keeping many days, we ask for help many many times, you could find the record from your forum. After try to get help from forum, sometime just reply a easy answer or sometime suddenly website be fixed buy nobody give us any explain and reason. Then after few days it’s broken again. Our product and project all content missing, your sample format all missing. After ask for help we got answer just tell us clean all and re-download.

3) Then we down the third time to re-download woodmart theme, only take few days we complete lot’s of content but only take 1 week it’s occur all codes again, and after two days didn’t fix codes then we send request for help again, them it be fix in one day. but nobody answer the reason. Pls let me know why and what happening, is someone try to damage our website?

4) After that, we didn’t stop or work, we spend a lots of time and try to re-build our website again, and finish lot of content again. right now, it’s broken again. Now the project/ product/ pages all missing? pls tell me why.

We need big help right now, we like to know what happening??? it’s hacker do this??? why clean all our content and work, we spend lot of time and hard work to make it. pls help, anyone can find back our all content back.

We choice woodmart it’s because your customer feedback it is all positive. Or it’s all fake or you delete all the bad feedback. We are really angry and sad.

If our website need to reload and re-build all the content again by ourself, it’s just prove your theme is really broken, pls don’t sell it in Envota again to set people in crazy.

I still keep hope to wait your help, if can fix our website will be highly appreciated.

1. We don’t quite understand what do you mean by this “very often become only codes”? Could you please provide us some screenshots or steps on how to reproduce the problem? We just visited your website and see that it is working correctly.

2. If you have difficulties installing the dummy content, as we already proposed, please, clean your website completely (better to clean the database) and leave as it is. Provide us your admin access and we will import all the dummy content for you.

3. “occur all codes again” please, explain what codes are actually mean? We really don’t understand what are you talking about.

This pages empty now. Pages is pages missing. And we finished our front page banners / project / Q&A all missing

Do you mean that all pages and projects are removed from WordPress completely? This part is not controlled by our theme. Somebody removed them but definitely not our theme.
As for the header builder, please, send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong.

No, it is not possible. But anyway, please, change your username and password.

because in my memory, maybe i didnt put the account and password in the private content…

We don’t see this information in public access on other topics. But anyway, please, change the password and username if possible.

I think the key issue is from your import scripts (Woodmart Core?).

After the dummy content has been successfully imported, if the data (or part of the data) is removed accidentally, there’s no way to re-import the content again.

The ‘Basic or full import’ will always consider the dummy content is successfully imported and there’s no way to recover it. Even if we remove Woodmart completely and re-install it again, it’s still true and always showing the followings,

Base dummy content is successfully imported and installed. Now you can choose any version to apply its settings for your website or leave a default one. You are be able to switch to default version settings any time.

Kindly advise if there’re any solutions about this problem.

Yes, dummy content can be imported only once and it is made to prevent duplicating of the dummy content when it is not removed and imported the second time.

To your statement it might be good to most of the conditions.

However it becomes a dad locked to our condition when the imported dummy content is removed accidentally then there is no way for us to re-import it. Even if we delete both the Woodmart Theme and the Wordmart Core Plugin and try to re-install your theme from the scratch again, Dummy Content import is still NOT allowed since you still left the tables you built in the database. Especially when we install the site at wordpress.com that gives us no way to access database to remove your stuffs manually or reset the WP installation (Let us know if you may know how), unless we purchase another site.

We believe in WordPress world it’s your responsibility to clean up your stuffs when you are to been removed.

Please at least request your development team to put in the future release a database clean-up option when your Martmart Theme and Woodmart Core Plugin are deleted, so people can still have a way to recover the problem.

We have disabled this function because importing the dummy content twice usually duplicate a lot of content and cause problems for customers. And the “clean” function may not work in some cases when customer customize some content or add their own posts. And that function may remove something that shouldn’t be removed. Try to use some database cleaner plugin like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/
