Pages in Theme can't saved and won't display correctly

I don’t know why I can’t make changes to the installed demo content pages gotten from the Woodmart theme. And also it saves forever, please I need help urgently.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please try re-adding the element that you are trying to edit then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide admin panel login details with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Your issue has been resolved. The page builder editing is working fine on my end. I have created a test text block at the bottom of the homepage and it’s working fine.

Please Builder can’t open, it’s still stuck

I saw the screenshot you attached. I haven’t deactivated any third-party plugins. I have made the settings the same under Settings >> General and the pages saved changes.

And for the frontend editor not working please deactivate all the third-party plugins to activate the parent theme the check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins and tell me with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Please try to edit other pages open the Builder with other pages, and even the HTML blocks, it doesn’t save, I have deactivated all third party plugins.

Please update the theme and the plugin to the latest version this will surely fix the issue.
