Parallax images and texts

I have used this template named Parallax images and texts

But I found that Parallax Scrolling won’t work on the mobile

Is there any methods to make it work?

BTW, I have already tried to stop all the plugins.

This parallax effect works on desktop devices only. You can see that it works on our demo in the same way too.
