I have installed the german language package (which is 100% translated) but some words are still showing up in english in the frontend (see attached images).

I searched for the words (strings) with Loco translate but nothing showed up.

Where can I translate those words to show the complete page in german?

    Hello,

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

I saw the screenshots you attached.

It seems that you are not using the correct path to translate the strings using loco translate.

    1) For browse categories You need to Go to Loco Translate >> Themes >> WoodMart.

    2) You can change the shipping text from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Product Page >> Tabs.

    3) For return to shop you need to Go to Loco translate >> Plugins >> WooCommerce.

Thank you for the quick response. Unfortunately it doesn’t solve the problem.

The texts are all translated already in Woocommerce and also Woodmart (see attached screenshots). They just don’t show in the frontend.

Also: When I add text to the Theme Settings under Shop > Product Page > Tabs, it just adds an additional tab but doesn’t change the text of the existing ones.

    Hello,

I saw the screenshots you attached.

1 & 2) Please Go to the path you want to translate the string and then first click synchronize and then find the string and translate it so this will fix the issue.

    3) The Shipping and delivery tab is coming from the product page settings as I mentioned in my previous reply. You can change the title of the tab from there.

If you want to ask anything else then provide a relevant screenshot of the specific area you want to change the text on the product page to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards.

    1) + 2) I did that already and the text is translated in Loco translate but it doesn’t show in the frontend (see screenshot)

    3) As I said: When I do that, it just adds a new tab, but the existing ones are still in english.

Here you can see the page: https://myconet.io/shop/

I will send you privately a login to the backend, so you can check it out.

    Hello,

I have logged into your website and tried to create a new translation just to check the .pot file working to save the string translations and when I save the translations I get this Error in the console.

This error is related to your server. Please contact your hosting provider for further help.

    Best Regards.

I have contacted my hosting provider and they changed a setting. Could you try again?

    Hello,

I have logged into your website and changed the text you mentioned by creating a separate language for translation. And the translations are working absolutely fine.

Means that the problem is with the translation file you made not the theme issue. You can try remaking the translations, This will fix the issue.

    Best Regards.
