password reset

Hi Guys,

password reset not allowed for this user

need your help, all users that are not Admin who try to rest their password get “password reset not allowed for this user”, could you help me please figure this out?

Password reset doesn’t come with our theme so we can’t know what issues it may cause. Probably you have some misconfiguration of your WooCommerce plugin or probably have installed some additional plugins that may cause this problem. We saw a lot of discussions on other forums for additional plugins and maybe you will also find something useful there

ok seems that the reCapture plugin i was using was the issue, so i have now used a different plugin for this.

Missing ga.js script

thanks for the help, i am using Google Analytics by MonsterInsights now, but when i go into goggle analysts i cant see any tracking data. Who do i see the data now?

another question, i want to use “Scheduled” posts, currently the time is set to London Universal time (GMT) is 2016-10-10 18:17:51. Local time is 2016-10-10 19:17:51. and i want to post to go live today 18:30. i am not sure do i use GMT time or local time?

After installing this plugin you need to specify your analytics key in it’s settings.

Actually, it is hard to say what time are using, it may depend on your server configuration or WordPress settings. It is not our theme related question and we don’t have the right answer for you, sorry.
