Payment Gateway Plugin Not Working

Hi,
We are working with the woodmart theme. Issue is our payment gateway plugin does not work with the theme. We have tested it with other themes it works quite well.
Issue so far we have figured out is generation of an “Auth Token” in the request. Some thing is hindering the plugin to generate auth token.

Please, describe to us your problems in a bit more details. Attach some screenshots and provide us with a list of steps on how to reproduce it on your website.
Also, we need some screenshots of how it works with a default WordPress theme on your website. Then we will test it and compare it with WoodMart.
