    Hi

    I tried this

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

If it does not help, make the full backup of your site and update via FTP

but it doesnt work … have you an idea ?

since the update , I lost the french language of your template , have u a translate file ?

    #193318

    Hello,

The translations will be lost when you update the theme that’s why we always recommend to take complete backup of the website before updating the theme.

Have you made the full backup of the site? If yes, restore the site from the backup, move your translations to folder wp-content/languages/themes/.

    Best Regards.
