Per Row & Per Page Options in Mobile View

Hi,
I need to show per page options and Per Row Grid views in mobile layout too. How can I do that?

I know but i want user to decide like its shown in the desktop view. How can i do that. I want to show the exact same options in the mobile layout as well.

I tried adding the following class in mobile layout and its displaying the options too but are not working correctly. What could be the reason?
